A listing on our site is not an endorsement or recommendation of any community. Ratings, where shown, come from third-party sources such as CMS and are provided for comparison only.
Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, scrape it at scale, or attempt to disrupt its operation. Submitting false information or another person's information without permission is prohibited.
Text messaging terms
These terms govern the two text messaging programs operated on this platform. Neither is a marketing or promotional program, and neither shares your number with anyone.
Inquiry updates. For families who ask a community about availability or request a tour through this site and tick the SMS consent box on that form. Messages come from the community you asked about and concern your inquiry.
Family care updates. For family members of current residents at communities using our ThrivoIQ platform. A community sends you a private link; on that page you choose which updates you want — daily notes, photos, urgent alerts — each as a separate, unticked box. Messages come from that community and concern your own relative only. The line is one-way: replies are not monitored and do not reach staff. Call the community for anything needing an answer.
Message frequency varies, up to about one message a day. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving it. Reply HELP for help, or email team@findseniorlivingnow.com. You may also ask the community directly.
Consent is given by you on a web page and is never collected by text message. It is not a condition of purchase, of using this site, of an inquiry being answered, or of any care a resident receives, and it can be withdrawn at any time.
Mobile information and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Senior Living Now is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
