We think families making one of the hardest decisions of their lives deserve a search with no hidden agenda — so we built one, and we refuse to take a placement fee, ever.

Every company has an origin story. Ours starts with a phone call — the kind millions of families make every year, at the worst possible moment, and never forget.

What was the moment that made us start this?

A family we knew was in crisis. Their mother had fallen, again, and this time she couldn't go home. They did what anyone would do: they searched online, found a friendly 'free senior living advisor,' and gave their name and number. Within an hour, the phone started ringing. Then it didn't stop. Community after community, calling, emailing, following up. The family had wanted help finding the right place.
